Looking to recruit a Helpdesk Team Leader to join a leading Maintenance contractor based in Woking delivering Repairs to Local Authority properties

This role involves overseeing job data accuracy, supporting the training and development of a small administrative team, and ensuring client KPIs are met in a dynamic call centre environment.We are after someone who has previous FM helpdesk experience

  • Understand the end-to-end process of delivering repairs and the key roles involved in achieving it.
  • Monitor call reports/ produce data to provide insights into productivity
  • Manage team performance, resolving conflicts and performance issues to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Ensure job management systems are updated promptly and accurately.
