Our Client is a Blue Chip Construction Contractor whom due to an expanding workload are looking for a Design Coordinator to join their small team in Woking.
The role is long term with over 9 years of work already secured!!
The role based near Woking will include the following:
- Helping to assist the engineering assurance process for Design Manager and external consultants.
- Managing design change and serving as the primary point of contact for technical queries during both construction and design phases
- Liaising with the client to understand and deliver their specific requirements
- Assisting the design team, design consultants, and construction partners develop technically and economically efficient engineering solutions including reverse engineering.
You will ideally possess the below:
- Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working on construction new build and refurbishment projects
- Ideally AutoCAD, Revit, BIM design experience
- Own car and drive
Please note this a long term opportunity and the option if successful to go permanent after 14 weeks. There will be some work from home and some office based work.
