- Support the Account Managers with quotes, enquiries and administration tasks, allowing them to focus solely on revenue generating activities.
- Working with the sales and operations teams to ensure that all quotes and financial information is collated and provided to support the daily and weekly reporting.
- Liaising with clients and chasing up project information to ensure a full and comprehensive understanding of the brief
- Assist with customer calls and ensure all job information is passed through to operations.
- Data entry via a CRM system
- First point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered
- Build professional relationships with all colleagues, senior management team, clients and partners both internally and externally.
