Our client based in Woking is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join their team for at least 4 weeks! The purpose of this role is to assist with daily operations and handle customer enquiries effectively.
Duties:
- Resolve queries from the public and provide assistance and advice as necessary.
- Interact positively and effectively with the general public through intercom, email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
- Monitor equipment status remotely from the Control Room and act upon any alarms or warnings as they appear.
- Complete outstanding administration tasks
- Conduct physical inspections of designated areas
- Monitor CCTV appropriately and report issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident handling queries from the public
- Strong administration skills
