  • Processing Payment RequestsHandle online Payment Request Forms (PRFs) efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing within agreed SLA timeframes.

  • Member SupportBe the first point of contact for payment inquiries, providing clear, professional, and timely responses to ensure members feel informed and supported.

  • Trustee Payment ProcessAssist members with understanding and navigating the Trustee payment process, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

  • Collaborative Department WorkWork closely with teams like Risk, Membership, and Trustees to ensure all payments meet company standards.

  • Reporting & Record-KeepingMaintain accurate financial records, handle reporting, and manage the Trustee Fee ledger efficiently.

  • Fee CollectionTrack overdue fees and manage fee collections professionally, ensuring deadlines are met.
