** Maintenance Coordinator **

IMMEDIATE START AND INTERVIEWS

  • Salary £32k
  • Based in Woking, Surrey
  • This is an office-based role: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm
  • Parking available

Our client is a small but fast growing business based in Woking recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator.

Duties will include:

  • To liaise with customers via email and phone
  • Collate engineers reports and generate quotations
  • Working alongside our QS to work on engineer timings
  • Carry out invoicing on completed works
  • Manage the diary, to ensure jobs are running efficiently
  • Product research for pricing of materials
  • Liaising with the bookings team, regarding appointments
  • Managing vehicle maintenance schedules

Requirements:

  • You must be confident on the phone and have an excellent telephone manner
  • Strong Administration and organisation skills
  • MS Office Proficient
  • Customer-centric in approach and enjoys customer contact
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Complete all allocated tasks within the required time frame and to the required level of accuracy
  • Flexible and collaborative in the way they work
  • Team player
