About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a small nursing home in Woking, providing high-quality nursing, dementia, and residential care. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver person-centred care.

• Ensure CQC compliance and high care standards.

• Develop and review individual care plans.

• Manage budgets and operational resources.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

• Promote the home locally to maintain occupancy levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager in a nursing home setting.

• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations.

• Leadership, communication, and budget management skills.

• Nursing qualification preferred but not essential.
