Electrical Maintenance Engineer
43k-45k Basic Salary + Pension + Benefits
Location - Woking, Surrey
We are currently seeking a Qualified Electricianto join one of our clients who are a leading provider of services to the Power Generation, District Energy and Combined Heat & Power industry.
The role is full-time and based in Woking (Monday to Friday), therefore you will need to live within driving distance of the area.
Job Summary:
- As a Operations & Maintenance Electrician you'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing faults to a wide range of plant, equipment and electrical apparatus associated with generation, distribution and control of District Energy systems.
- Reactive Maintenance and PPMs on plant rooms, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, engines, water testing and legionella control.
- Monitoring and maintenance of SCADA, BMS and PLC control systems (training can be provided).
- Low Voltage electrical work, testing etc.
- Monday to Friday position, with callout rota optional.
Key Skills Required:
- Must have relevant and previous Electrical experience.
- Must be qualified with City & Guilds 2382 BS 7671 18th Edition.
- Must be qualified with City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.
- Similar experience and knowledge of plant rooms, boilers, pumps etc. is desired.
- Experience of working with PLC/SCADA systems is desired, however not essential.
- Must have a UK driving licence.
