We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team for a commercial project. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring electrical systems are installed and maintained to meet safety standards and specifications.
Electrician Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a commercial environment.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in the setup and installation of electrical systems for new construction or renovation projects.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the project.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Electrician Qualifications:
- Valid Gold ECS card
- 3+ years of experience as an electrician, preferably in commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
