Our client, a well-respected, regional Property Consultancy, are seeking a Graduate to join them to work within their Agency & General Practice team, based in their Woking office, focusing on a range of commercial property. The Graduate Surveyor, will be working on a range of professional, agency and valuation work, operating directly alongside a chartered surveyor, while working towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified. Our client has a track record of helping individuals achieve chartered status.

Graduate Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 25k - 28k DOE (open to discussion for a candidate with experience)
- Holiday: 25 days plus BH
- Full APC support- proven track-record of assisting graduates through the process

Graduate Surveyor Position Overview

- Graduated or be close to graduating in Real Estate or similar (RICS accredited).
