We are looking to make another important hire, seeking a highly experienced recruiter with experience of developing business across the UK in the mid to senior Financial Services space.

Long-term PSL relationships are maintained with these clients by developing strong delivery partnerships that outperform the competition. We are a boutique owner/founder-managed business giving our consultants close access to learn and work directly with some of the most experienced recruiters in this sector.

The role:

As part of our Financial Services practice, developing business and growing our Procurement & Supply Chain offering. This is a billing 360 role as part of a small team of already successful consultants, senior-level networking and business development play an important aspect of the role, demonstrating an ability to lead from the front, as well as successful and efficient delivery to our clients developing long-term client partnerships.

Requirements:

YOU MUST BE an Experienced recruiter and or manager with a depth of experience across the corporate space, building both, contract and perm recruitment revenue. Placing and delivering typically 9-12 month contracts inside and outside IR35 at day rates varying between £400 and £2000 per day and perm salaries between £45k and £250k

Motivated by the chase of business development - winning new clients and building new relationships with senior stakeholders

A strong work ethic and determination to succeed who naturally works at pace

Degree educated or qualified by experience

High professional level of spoken and written English
