Project Support – 3-month contract – Woking/Hybrid
We are looking for a Project Support to help our Network Infrastructure Roll Out project. Ideally will have knowledge or experience with Monday.com and excel in project management, stakeholder coordination, and scheduling.
The Project Support must have strong organisational and time management skills. Experience in project support and an understanding of project management tools. Effective Interpersonal and communication skills while working independently or collaboratively within a team, is a requirement.
Primary Responsibilities of the Project Support:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the network infrastructure roll out project.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and tasks using Monday.com.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and organising project files.
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and scheduling.
- A background using project planning tools, preferably Monday.com.
- Knowledge of general project management tasks including methodologies.
- Experience in network/SD-Wan/Infrastructure roll out projects.
The successful Project Support will be required to work hybrid, 1 day per week on site, in Woking.
