Our well-known client based in Surrey are looking for a Conference, sales and event coordinator to join their team either on a permanent basis or a 1 year FTC. The ideal candidate will have experience working in events and sales alongside a high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all enquiries about the venue and upsell their services.
- Follow up on enquiries and conduct these into bookings.
- Provide first class service to all visitors and conduct showrounds
- Accurate completion of event contracts
- Assist with the planning and hosting of promotional events
Key requirements:
- Well organized and a high attention to detail
- The ideal candidate will have both events and sales experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to form great client relationships
- Hospitality experience
