The Company

Comprised of a passionate team of creative, production and account management professionals, this boutique agency deliver a unique portfolio of brand experience, exhibition and hospitality activations for high profile clients and sponsors within the sporting sector. For each bespoke brief, the agency will design innovative solutions to create unforgettable experiences that are custom built and delivered through their incredibly collaborative team.

Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an experience Creative Services Director to join their team!

The Role

This senior role will require leadership of the creative team in addition to creative project direction and implementation across a broad portfolio of clients and projects. Responsibilities will include:

-          Driving creative strategy and direction for specific project work

-          Overseeing quality control through project implementation in relation to creative output

-          Collaborating closely with internal project delivery, account management and production teams

-          Taking the lead on pitch delivery

-          Working with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project

-          Attending events onsite to ensure effective implementation of creative solutions

-          Leading a team of creatives including development, KPI setting & individual growth plans

-          Allocating resource within the team and upscaling with freelancers where required

-          Supporting the Executive Creative Director on the creative direction of the business

The Candidate

Candidates must have a background working within a creative event agency environment. The ideal candidate will have been involved in both B2B and B2C event projects with solid experience of leading on big picture, creative strategy and concept development. Existing experience in managing a team of creatives including resource planning and team development is essential. Any knowledge of motorsport events would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite.
