Working alongside an EA and assisting with all PA / EA duties- Manage phone calls and correspondence- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings- Maintain office organisation and tidiness- Utilise Google Suite for various administrative tasks

Qualifications- Proficient in typing and office procedures-- Strong organisational skills- Excellent phone etiquette- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
