We are currently supporting a leading financial services organisation, dedicated to providing exceptional services to their high-net-worth clients. With a strong focus on professionalism and efficiency, they are seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team.

As a Personal Assistant, you will support designated advisers, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing professional service to clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a valuable contribution to the team!

No previous experience is required for this role as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client meeting packs and assist with meeting coordination.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage diaries for designated Advisers, coordinating appointments efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Organise off-site meeting rooms and arrange transport and accommodation for advisers.
  • Coordinate client lunches, making restaurant reservations or arranging catering.
  • Attend team and departmental meetings, contributing to discussions as required.
  • Support designated Advisers with expense claims.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as setting up service propositions and tracking leads.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department on invoices and expenditure.
  • Assist the Executive PA with company events and day-to-day office operations.
  • Organise the Quarterly Staff Meeting, including agenda and minutes.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Approachable and professional demeanour.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with high-net worth clients.
  • Team player with enthusiasm and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to work efficiently
  • Experience with CRM software such as Intelliflo. (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of IFA office procedures and compliance (Desirable)
  • Degree-level education.
