Our client, a leading player in the Financial Services industry, is seeking a dynamic and organised Administrator to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent administrative support and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the liaison between Advisers, Providers, and Clients, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
  • Send out Advice (Suitability) letters and handle client queries promptly and accurately through various communication channels (secure messaging, email, telephone).
  • Process trade deals and track Letters of Authority and product information requests.
  • Maintain accurate client information on internal systems, ensuring tasks are completed according to company policy.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely processing.
  • Assist with the administration of marketing activities as needed.
  • Update client data and valuation feeds on the online database.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks following established procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • A friendly and professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM softwares (Desired)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work efficiently.
