A well-established, privately owned, Commercial and Domestic HVAC contractor, has a requirement for a bubbly, experienced Accounts and administration Manager to provide high quality service to clients. Working within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality based on a static site near Woking
As the successful Finance Manager, you will be: -
* Finance Manager will oversee activity for both sales and purchase ledger
* Finance Manager will prepare monthly payroll
* Finance Manager will be responsible for issuing Customer monthly reports and resolving any Customer queries
* Finance Manager will be responsible for producing all accounting reports and financial analysis of the Business for both management and external auditors
To be successful as the Finance Manager, you must have:
* Finance Manager must be IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
* Finance Manager must have excellent communications skills and telephone manner
* Finance Manager must have excellent time management, organisational skills and a flexible approach to work
* Finance Manager must have used Xero software system
* Finance Manager must be in commutable distance to Woking
