We are thrilled to be working with a dynamic financial advisory firm based in Woking, dedicated to providing top-tier financial planning and wealth management services to valued clients. As part of our their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our Financial Planners and ensuring our clients receive tailored, high-quality financial advice.What you'll be doing:
  • Conduct research and analysis on a range of financial products, including pensions, investments, and insurance.
  • Prepare detailed, compliant reports and recommendations for Financial Planners.
  • Assist in the creation and review of financial plans and strategies to meet clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Ensure that all client files and recommendations are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to support client meetings, providing technical input as needed.
  • Act as a liaison with product providers, ensuring timely responses and efficient administration of client accounts.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a Paraplanning role for 3+ years within a financial advisory firm.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (required)
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax, and insurance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
