A client of mine is looking for an Administrator to join their team in their Woking office!

This is a Construction company working on a highways project.

Offering an ongoing contract paying: £160 a day.

Hours: Monday - Friday.

5 days on site in the office.

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE.

Duties include:

  • Input cone times and cancellations in relevant systems
  • Assist with diary management
  • Monitor and maintain the answering emails and dealing with documentation.
  • Managing complaints.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Administration experience
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
  • Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining data.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications as well as experience with managing and maintaining data.
