Hours: Monday -Friday (9am - 5:30pm)

Salary: 23,500 per annum + 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, Pension scheme Hybrid working, Study Support & So much more!

Our client, a forward-thinking business in Woking, is searching for a motivated Administrator to join their friendly team.

In your new you will be playing a vital role in supporting with various administrative tasks across the business!

Sounds interesting?... What will my main duties be??

Daily Duties:

  • Assist the Advisers with various tasks, acting as a liaison between them, providers, and clients.
  • Prepare and send Advice letters
  • Communicate with clients through secure messaging, email, or telephone to address queries.
  • Handle allocated post and process new client setups in line with procedures.
  • Collaborate with Adviser and Admin Team to meet service level agreements.
  • Monitor and maintain client information on internal systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of client data and complete tasks in line with company policies.
  • Open, scan, and allocate incoming post.
  • Answer phone calls and redirect queries or take messages.
  • Maintain client file documents and assist with marketing administration.
  • Update online databases with client data
  • Undertake any other administrative work as required.

Skills/ Experience

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience or a degree-level education
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with CRM software (bonus!)
  • A professional, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude Strong communication skills and a ability to prioritise tasks
