Clinical Trainer

Bright Selection are once again delighted to be supporting a wonderful, high-end provider of care homes in their latest piece of recruitment. They are looking for a Clinical Trainer for their medium size, good rated nursing home in the Woking area.

This is a newly created role for the group and the post-holder will play an important role in driving quality within the home as well as working collaboratively with peers in other homes and the head office team to influence policy.

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with up to date and valid NMC Pin
• Experience of learning and development and training delivery in the healthcare sector
• Good knowledge of training methodologies, learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Experience in the design and delivery of training programmes
• Experience of delivering training using professional registration skills and knowledge

Salary and Contract:

• 50,000 - 60,000pa
• 40 Hours a week
