Part-Time Qualified Food Technology Teacher

Are you a passionate and qualified Food Technology teacher looking for a part-time role starting in September? We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic school in Woking.

Position: Part-Time Food Technology TeacherLocation: Woking, SurreyStart Date: SEPTEMBER 2025Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach engaging and high-quality Food Technology lessons to students across Key Stage 3 & 4.

  • Plan and deliver lessons that inspire and challenge students to develop practical cooking skills and a deeper understanding of food science.

  • Ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.

  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their development.

  • Work collaboratively with the department to contribute to the school's curriculum and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching Food Technology.

  • Strong subject knowledge (KS3-KS4) and passion for food education.

  • Excellent classroom management skills and ability to inspire students.
