IFA Administrator

Up to £40k

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing proactive administrative support for our paraplanners and IFAs

• Preparing and processing documentation for any new and existing clients

• Managing cases utilising our various CRM portals and provider platforms

• Handling incoming queries from internal staff, clients and external providers via email and telephone

• Ensuring all compiled files meet with compliance requirements and reporting any that do not to the appropriate parties

• Liaising with product providers and other third parties

• Promoting the company’s services in a professional and FCA compliant manner

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience of an administrative role within the financial services industry (Required)

• GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above (Required)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)

• Strong numeracy skills (Required)

• Exceptional attention to detail (Required)

• Ability to understand and analyse financial and non-financial data (Required)

• Experience in communicating with and managing expectations with clients (Required)

• Desire to learn and develop (Required)

• High level of initiative (Required)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required)

• Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word and Excel (Required)

• Prior experience working with CRMs/online portals such as Intelliflo Office (Desired)

• Platform experience with Nucleus, Transact, Quilter and Standard Life/abrdn (Desired)
