- Collaborating with our technology partners and software developers to create, develop, and improve new and existing product solutions for the UK market.
- Developing and implementing product strategies, plans and roadmaps. This includes establishing customer requirements, investigating, identifying and testing the most appropriate product solutions available, via our network of technology partners, and effectively positioning, communicating and promoting the solutions to the customer.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of product features & improvements.
- Working alongside our cross-functional teams to assist in heat network metering design and find the right solution for all key parties involved in the project.
- Assisting on product launches, including pricing, developing product positioning.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to create product marketing material.
- Providing internal training on product features and benefits.
- A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies.
- Some knowledge of heat networks would be advantageous.
- Some knowledge of metering and billing solutions would be advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Commercial awareness.
