£27-29,000 (dependent upon experience level)

Hybrid or office-based options after qualifying period (3 office / 2 WHF)

The job:

  • Working in a team of 2 providing secretarial and administration support to a busy professional sales team of 10, youll be responsible for your split of 4-5 colleagues activities.
  • Handling anything from collating details for meetings.
  • Organising meetings, restaurant and travel arrangements.
  • Updating diary movements.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
  • Involved in weekly update meetings.
  • Getting involved in projects that may crop up.
  • Keeping expense claim records for monthly review.
  • Liaising with accounts with regards to invoices / expenditure / purchase slips
  • Keeping accurate records of prospects and potential leads for your team on the CRM system. Send out introductory packs to new or prospective clients.
  • Working with the Executive PA to organise company events, socials and quarterly staff meetings.

Youll need to be:

  • Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & TEAMs.
  • Confident in yourself to suggest alternative methods / routes to colleagues on how a task could be completed better/quicker
  • An excellent prioritiser - both of your workload as well as your teams
  • Looking forward to maintaining the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and being valued in the workplace by your colleagues and peers.
