Telesales Account Manager

£28,000 + Monthly Bonus (circa £500/month) + Mobile + Laptop + Pension Scheme + 20 days Hols + BH’s

My client is looking for a Telephone/Telesales Account Manager paying £28,000 basic + commission based in Surrey - the goal and reason for the role is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long term success.

The Role

  • Maintain relationships with our customers by developing and delivering business planned objectives to increase growth.
  • To acquire and develop New Business within existing geographic areas but not exclusive to. 30% of your role will be based on business development and 70% growing, maintaining and developing existing customer base.
  • Making and receiving calls to and from existing and new customers.
  • Accurate order entry, up-selling and cross-selling using on-screen information to ensure our customers are given every opportunity to buy from our comprehensive product range.

The Candidate

  • Candidates MUST have FMCG and or Foodservice experience.
  • The ability and desire to sell.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • A confident and determined approach.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • Strong time management
  • Strong analytical skills
