We have an excellent opportunity available for you to grow your career and make a difference at Birds Eye! Joining us as the Media Manager, you'll play a key part in supporting the delivery of the media strategy for the UK & Irish Market, with a keen focus on how media and content marketing work together to drive first class marketing campaigns. Winning in Media is a key building block for Nomad Foods to deliver against our ambitious growth agenda.

Key responsibilities include -

  • The delivery of the cluster media plans which address the changing consumer media behaviour and the needs of our digital agenda (including right channel mix, emerging trends etc)
  • You will get to work across iconic brands such as Birds Eye, Goodfella’s pizza and Aunt Bessie’s
  • Working with brand teams on channel specific content to drive media efficiencies and engagement.
  • Supporting the cluster media team with the delivery and excellent execution of Media plans for the UK and IE cluster - using own insight to create and manage annual planning briefs.
  • Support the implementation of Media plans (Brands, target audiences, media mix, timings aligned with Nomad Foods Media guideline, taking ownership for full plans as required.
  • Monitor and analyse media performance metrics, providing valuable insights to optimize future campaigns and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Working with agencies to develop engaging and innovative multimedia content for various media campaigns, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

About you…

We’re looking for a Media Manager who is experienced of working effectively with media, content marketing, social media, e-commerce, and a passion for the FMCG Industry. (Ideally within food and a passion for the Birds Eye brand!) You’re a keen learner with high energy and a flair for creative thinking, generating compelling ideas that resonate with our target audience and elevate the brand's presence. We look for people who are focused on getting results, embrace learning and bring positive energy, combining initiative with a sense of teamwork and collaboration.

  • An understanding and passion for all Media - planning, buying, and media content.
  • You have a passion to stay abreast of the latest media trends, content and tools.
  • Experience working effectively on Media, PR, e-commerce, advertising, social media content marketing and website agencies.
  • Experience working directly with media owners
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and emerging trends in the media landscape.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills both written and verbal (fluency in region and English)
  • Detail orientated to pay meticulous attention in content creation, media planning, budget management and performance analysis.
  • Collaborative in approach, working with team members and stakeholders - you have the ability to engage confidently and positively.
