Join Our Team as a Senior Fundraising Co-Ordinator!


Are you passionate about making a difference and inspiring others? We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fundraising Support Specialist.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Inspiration: Motivate and support participants in our challenges, helping them achieve their fundraising goals through phone calls and emails.
  • Fundraising Stewardship: Resolve queries related to online fundraising, offer personalized advice, and develop relationships with participants.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth department operations.
  • Administration: Record communications on the ThankQ database and comply with GDPR.
  • Event Participation: Attend and support events, including weekends, to engage with participants.


What We Offer:
Flexible Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times. Evening and weekend work scheduled in advance with time in lieu provided.
Generous Holidays: 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays, with specific days allocated for office closure in December.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: Fundraising department experience and customer support experience.
Skills: Confident telephone communication, excellent writing skills, good understanding of customer care principles, and the ability to motivate others. Disposition: Self-motivated, confident, friendly, and a team player with the ability to work under pressure.
