Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Administrator to provide support to the HR function. This role would suit someone with excellent administrative skills and ideally some HR exposure. To be considered you must be available immediately!
Duties:
- Updating the database with accurate information
- Updating the internal website with data
- Formatting documents
- Handling queries
- Support with any other admin duties when required
Experience:
- Previous HR Admin or General Admin experience
- Educated to degree level
- Strong IT skills, confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
