Accounts Manager
A well-established, privately owned, Commercial and Domestic HVAC contractor, has a requirement for a bubbly, experienced Accounts and administration Manager to provide high quality service to clients. Working within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality based on a static site near Woking
As the successful Accounts and Administrator Manager, you will be: -
* Accounts Manager will oversee activity for both sales and purchase ledger
* Accounts Manager will prepare monthly payroll
* Accounts Manager will be responsible for issuing Customer monthly reports and resolving any Customer queries
* Accounts Manager will be responsible for producing all accounting reports and financial analysis of the Business for both management and external auditors
To be successful as the Accounts Manager, you must have:
* Accounts and Administration Manager must be IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
* Accounts Manager must have excellent communications skills and telephone manner
* Accounts Manager must have excellent time management, organisational skills and a flexible approach to work
* Accounts Manager must have used Xero software system
* Accounts Manager must be in commutable distance to Woking
Accounts Manager - Up to 36k dependent on experience + Pension + Holidays
