In this role, it's essential that candidates have prior experience in the IT, SaaS, or technology sectors, as you'll be managing and growing client relationships in these fields. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client retention
  • Conduct onsite visits to client locations for face-to-face meetings
  • Deliver training seminars to clients, teaching them how to use the company’s services or software programs
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure clients get the most from their software solution

Essential Experience:
