  • Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday & 8am - 1pm on Friday (Flexibility available)

Join a passionate and trend-driven leader in the consumer goods industry as a Systems Support Analyst. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and accurate data transmission across various platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring, testing, and auditing our EDI systems, making improvements, and serving as the initial contact for troubleshooting inquiries.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Receive, create, and maintain EDI transactions.
  • Monitor EDI reports and resolve alerts/errors on inbound and outbound documents, including new items, addresses, stores, carriers, and tracking corrections.
  • Utilise platforms like SPS Commerce/True Commerce and customer vendor portals to retrieve and send EDI documents.
  • Submit invoices for EDI customers and manage third-party portals.
  • Monitor the generation and transmission of both inbound and outbound EDI data.
  • Review and log failures, resolve data issues, and reload data as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in EDI coordination, setup, testing, monitoring, and execution.
  • Familiarity with EDIFACT and daily EDI support. (ESSENTIAL)
  • Experience with EDI orders and invoices.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting protocols
  • Background in Retail or Supply Chain EDI, with experience dealing with major European customers like Amazon, El Corte Ingles, and Carrefour.
  • Knowledge of True Commerce and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
