21 hours per week, minimum two days based in our offices in Woking with some remote working available
Your Sanctuary is a Surrey based charity which provides specialist support to women, men and children affected by domestic abuse. We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong IT skills and knowledge of how to produce a range of management reports and statistics based on KPIs and service level agreements.
This is a varied and interesting role where you will be working alongside front-line colleagues in order to understand the domestic abuse and charity sector from a data perspective. Running reports, interpreting and evaluating data and then presenting the information in different formats will be part of the role. You will also provide statistics for contract requirements, funding bids, quality assurance standards and fundraising purposes as well as more general admin support where required. There will be the opportunity to be involved in identifying ways to increase efficiency and automate data processes. Your work will have a direct impact on the services we provide to survivors.
You will need:
- to have worked in a similar role, ideally within a not-for profit environment, and be fully conversant with excel, databases and reporting tools to provide management information
- excellent attention to detail as well as effective communication skills to create narratives around the data and explain your insights
- proven organisational skills as you will be working to deadlines, both internally and externally
- an interest in AI and how this might be used to improve/automate reporting is useful but not essential
We provide 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time staff), a contributory pension scheme and an employee assistance programme.
The post is for up to 21 hours per week with a minimum of two days per week based in our offices in Woking. The remainder of the hours can be worked remotely on an agreed basis once training is successfully completed.
Your Sanctuary is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and equitable environment for all individuals associated with our organisation.
