Our client, a public services organisation, are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer, to provide 1st to 3rd line support on a 3-month contract basis. The role is offered with with one day working remotely and the remainder of the week working amongst their friendly team of staff at their modern offices in Surrey.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer who is confident working independently and using their own initiative. You will be providing 1st line through to 3rd line support to the company's internal teams and have experience of supporting Microsoft Office 365, Windows, Active Directory, SharePoint, software and hardware support plus networking.
The IT Systems Support Engineer will have full autonomy and be able to confidently deliver on the management of IT and data-related systems, ensuring the smooth running of Infrastructure and applications as well as providing ad hoc user support to the whole team.
This is a great opportunity for a proven IT Support Systems Engineer with excellent communications skills to join a highly successful company on a contract basis.
Due to the urgent nature of the role candidates must be available to start on Monday 5th August.
The position is offered on a contract basis at £250-£255 per day - inside IR35.
