In this role you will be seen as the go-to IT Support Engineer and mentor the Junior IT Support Engineer while also having the support of your colleagues, you will be responding to customer queries and offering remote support.

This role would suit someone with some IT Support experience looking to work for a growing, reputable company and take on management responsibilities.
