IT Trainer

DXP Talent is working with an Industry Leading Client based in Woking who is hiring for an IT Trainer to join the Team.

TheIT Trainer will have expertise in designing, delivering and managing training programs for finance systems as well as thebroader IT space and will be delivering sessions to users between sites in Woking and London.

The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering training in financial systems and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a user-friendly manner that is both memorable and engaging.

Normally, your time will be spent delivering sessions in person and on site but there will be periods where training is limited meaning you're able to work remotely.

Other aspects of the role include:

  • Apply solid instructional learning & development design approaches, completing the learning design cycle from initial Training Needs Analysis through design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive classroom and e-learning resources to address specific business needs.
  • Deliver training solutions confidently and effectively on various subjects from IT learning portfolio, including induction and IT courses.
  • Develop training user guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
  • Utilise a truly blended approach to learning, creating flexible learning and training solutions that are appropriate and fit forthe business
  • Create, edit and enhance video and graphical images for eLearning modules.
  • Regular evaluation and review of training content, materials and delivery methods to ensure an environment of continued improvement is implemented and maintained.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business, ensuring learning solutions support the business strategy, messaging, and desired behaviours.
  • Act as a super user for Learning Management System, exploiting all platform capabilities whilst exploring research and development opportunities.
  • Maintain configuration of all Learning Management System content, including uploading new training materials such as online courses and seminar events.
  • Produce IT training plans and priorities for the business, ensuring accurate completion records and evaluations are recorded in the Learning Management System.
