- Building relationships with existing clients, qualifying new business opportunities, and dealing with business enquiries
- Making calls to lapsed clients and customer call back requests (No cold calling)
- Providing a personalised service both face to face and on the telephone
- Emailing documents, administration, policy changes and renewals
- Deal with objections and complaints and seek the right resolution for the customer and the business
- Confident in speaking to prospect and existing clients, both over the phone and in person
