Key Responsibilities

  • Credit Control
  • Making phone calls to clients to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications regarding credit control.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Recording and reconciling transactions.
  • Assisting with maintaining up-to-date financial records
  • Office Administration:
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, holiday tracking
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • General administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Professionally handling phone calls and enquiries.
  • Liaising with suppliers and service providers as required.
