What to Expect

We are recruiting for a Polish Team Member to join our fantastic Paint team in Woking. As a Polish Team Member, you will be joining our expanding production team to produce the new range of McLaren high performance sports cars.

What You'll Do

  • Part of a small, multifunctional team.

  • Reporting to a Paint Team Leader.

  • Focusing on improving team performance in quality, cost control, productivity, and safety.

  • Requires flexibility in working hours, including potential shifts and weekend work.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous Automotive OEM Polish experience is highly desirable
  • No formal qualifications are necessary; however, a foundation in engineering and/or experience within automotive or manufacturing would be a distinct advantage.
  • Skilled polisher and detailer experience essential.
  • Prior experience of working as part of a team is desirable.
  • Prior experience of working to timescales would be advantageous.
  • Quality focused with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes set in place.
