The role will research, identify and support the Commercial Land Director and Commercial Land Manager in sourcing short/medium/long term interests for the company's strategic space.

Client Details

Privately owned construction, development and property services company possessing a significant project pipeline. My client works with more than 10,000 supply-chain operatives and partners to successfully deliver their projects throughout the UK.

Supporting with the commercial land acquisitions strategy by carrying out targeted land searches, title reviews and land assessments whilst reporting to the commercial land director on the number of new land opportunities, offers made and outcomes of overall bids made in the business on a regular basis. To develop a network of agent contacts within the commercial sector and liaise with these to assist in bringing new opportunities into the business and develop market knowledge.

Description

  • Researching, identifying, investigating, appraising and supporting on commercial land opportunities to meet the business objectives in support of the acquisition of new commercial land contracts.
  • Develop a network of commercial land agent contacts in a professional capacity, to a high standard at all times.
  • Support on the instruction and management of consultants through the acquisition stage within budget.
  • To maintain commercial land records including bid details.
  • Work with Land Director to progress potential new land opportunities.

Profile

Basic knowledge of land, land law, land contracts, planning, development, technical services, valuation, negotiation and contracts along with a degree or qualification in property or Real Estate. A highly motivated individual and good communicator possessing strong market research skills.
