I am searching for an enthusiastic Architectural Technologist with strong technical abilities to join a friendly team in Woking. The well-established practice provides creative designs across a range of residential projects and provides services from project inception to completion.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have outstanding technical detailing abilities and proven experience working through all RIBA stages. You should also have fantastic communication skills and be able to work comfortably in a team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree of an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience post qualification
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards
  • Strong understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Liaise with clients and team members
  • Work with junior team members to help their professional development
  • Develop exceptional technical drawings and specifications
  • Positive and proactive approach to work
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Woking
  • Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is essential
