About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate MFL Teacher for a secondary school in Woking. The ideal candidate will be able to teach Modern Foreign Languages to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with potential to progress to Key Stage 5 for experienced candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in MFL to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Develop strategies to improve student outcomes and encourage a love for languages.
- Provide regular feedback and support to students to track their progress and set personal learning goals.
- Collaborate with other members of the MFL department to share resources, best practices, and enhance curriculum delivery.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and achievement.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and attend departmental meetings to promote continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in MFL or a related field.
- Experience teaching MFL at secondary school level.
- A passion for language education with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the wider school community.
