One of my well respected clients is currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team based in Woking. They are a great team and work with many repeat clients within the region. This role is to deal with all aspects of landlord and tenant, negotiating, preparing and completing commercial leases for the leisure and hospitality industry. This role will also include, drafting commercial leases, tenancy agreements, sales and purchase agreements, deeds of surrender and rent deposit deeds. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 PQE working in commercial property/real estate and you will also have strong academics. This role will be perfect for a candidate who is looking for flexible working (4days from home and 1 day in the office).
