  • Lifetime and succession planning.
  • Drafting and advising on Wills as part of comprehensive estate planning strategies.
  • Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Creating, administering, and winding up trusts.
  • Managing estate administration, including high-net-worth cases involving assets between £5m-£20m.

This position offers a hybrid working model, with an expectation to spend three days per week in the Woking office.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters independently and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on more complex cases requiring team involvement.
  • Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice tailored to clients' individual needs.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives to support the growth of the Private Wealth team.
  • Staying informed about changes in private client law and engaging in continuous professional development.

About the CandidateThe ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, with approximately 1-3 years' PQE in private client law.
  • Have experience managing a caseload of private client matters, including Wills, trusts, and estate administration.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, client-focused approach and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
  • Be a team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for professional excellence.
