- Lifetime and succession planning.
- Drafting and advising on Wills as part of comprehensive estate planning strategies.
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Creating, administering, and winding up trusts.
- Managing estate administration, including high-net-worth cases involving assets between £5m-£20m.
This position offers a hybrid working model, with an expectation to spend three days per week in the Woking office.Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters independently and efficiently.
- Collaborating with colleagues on more complex cases requiring team involvement.
- Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice tailored to clients' individual needs.
- Contributing to business development initiatives to support the growth of the Private Wealth team.
- Staying informed about changes in private client law and engaging in continuous professional development.
About the CandidateThe ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, with approximately 1-3 years' PQE in private client law.
- Have experience managing a caseload of private client matters, including Wills, trusts, and estate administration.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate a proactive, client-focused approach and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
