Private Client Solicitor 8+ PQE - Woking An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the Wills, Trusts & Estates Planning team at a progressive and highly respected law firm in Woking. This position is ideal for a legal professional with 8+ years PQE who is ready to take the next step in their career.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a diverse and complex caseload, including:

  • Advising on wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate administration.
  • Delivering strategic, tailored guidance to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
  • Assisting in the development of junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance.
