- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Transfers of equity.
- Re-mortgages.
- Shared ownership transactions.
- New build purchases.
This position is ideal for an experienced property lawyer who is confident handling cases independently and is looking for flexibility in their work arrangements.Key Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with modern conveyancing software and technology.
- A professional who is keen to develop their reputation as a trusted conveyancing expert in their community.
- The ability to work remotely, or in a hybrid capacity, attending the office 2-3 days per week as required.
- Based in the South East of England.
