This role pays a competitive rate of 50 an hour umbrella depending on experience.
This role is on a 12 month temporary basis with potential to be long term.
Responsibilities as a Childcare Advocacy Solicitor:
- Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
- Advocate for children in court, tribunals, and administrative hearings.
- Work with local authorities, social services, and non-profit organizations to ensure compliance with child protection laws.
- Able to do advocacy when needed
About you as a Childcare Advocacy Solicitor:
- A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in child care law
- Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
