Job OverviewWe are seeking a new administrator to join our business in the commercial lending administration team. This is a role assisting the department with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail and someone who has previously worked in an administration role and looking for the next step up in their role. Or this will suit someone who is simply looking for a change.

  • Duties

Provide administrative support to the Commercial Finance team including answering the phone, emailing and other duties listed below.

  • Data entry
  • Uploading of client documents
  • Uploading of new business documents and conducting compliance checks.
  • Booking in meetings / diary management
  • Sending out client letters
  • Obtaining quotations for lenders
  • Answering the phone
  • Chasing outstanding documents
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and provide product information or assisting with queries
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Qualifications

Previous experience in a Administrative / Junior PA role or similarStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and WordA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

You must have strong attention to detail and keen to learn.
