- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standard
- Assist in the coordination and execution of a partnership compliance programme, supporting in the development and implementation of a partnership framework
- Act as the liaison between the community connections team, leadership and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and proactively address challenges
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and plans
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas and follow up actions from project teams
- Ongoing ad hoc support to the service manager
- Previous experience within a business support / project support role
- Experience of co-ordinating multiple projects would be an advantage
- Ability to influence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Organised and methodical approach to your work, excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently when needed but able to work in a small team
