Our client, a non-profit organisation, has been dedicated to supporting health and wellbeing for over 30 years. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including statutory and voluntary, community, and social enterprise partners in Surrey and its borders. Committed to fostering change through flexibility, respect, inclusivity, and a non-judgmental approach. They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support a Service Manager. Location: Woking / HybridSalary: £24,380 - £24,910 pro rataHours: 21 hours per weekDuration: 9 month FTC Company Benefits:  26 days annual leave pro rata (rising with service) + bank holidays + 1 extra days leave on your birthday, Pension, Access to Simply Health, Blended working, Employee discount programme and more….. This is a crucial role, supporting the Service Manager with key projects within the Community Connections team.  You will be using your exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in an extremely pacey environment.  Being able to change priorities whilst remaining calm and focussed is essential, alongside having strong communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships.  Some examples of the duties and projects are below: 
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standard
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of a partnership compliance programme, supporting in the development and implementation of a partnership framework
  • Act as the liaison between the community connections team, leadership and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and proactively address challenges
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and plans
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas and follow up actions from project teams
  • Ongoing ad hoc support to the service manager

  • Previous experience within a business support / project support role
  • Experience of co-ordinating multiple projects would be an advantage
  • Ability to influence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Organised and methodical approach to your work, excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently when needed but able to work in a small team
